"You don't want to piss off the sound guy," advised Joe Schany, the lead singer of easteighteen. The advice is his, but the experience is not. After sharing the stage with higher-profile acts Hinder, Drowning Pool, and Buckcherry, Schany has gleaned a few tips.
"[The sound guys] are the ones who control the show, so if I make enemies, [I can] guarantee that my mike is going to be squeaking, and there's going to be some guitars failing around me," the 26-year-old said.
