Following the current off week, the 75th-ranked Iowa men's tennis team (4-3) will take its game out to California for a slate of three matches over spring break.
The Hawkeyes will take on UC-Santa Barbara on March 14, then head to San Diego for a meet against UC-San Diego on March 16 and Dartmouth on March 17. Playing outdoors adds an interesting wrinkle to the trip; the Hawkeyes haven't been on the outdoor courts since the fall season.
"We're well-prepared to play out there," coach Steve Houghton said. "One of my goals always is to not just win all the matches, but come back and feel like we're playing better than when we left."
