In the July 28 article “UI Clinic Focuses on Helping LGBTQ Patients,” The Daily Iowan incorrectly reported that 250 of the clinic’s patients identified as transgender. The total number of patients seen at the clinic since October 2012 is 257. Of these, 75 percent identify as transgender or gender nonconforming, and 70 percent live outside of Johnson County. The DI regrets the error.
