With recent developments surrounding the ISU Chinese international student, Tong Shao, homicide that resulted in a formal statement from the Chinese government over the arrest of alleged killer Xiangnan Li, a former international student at the UI, the next step towards due justice has arrived. However, it appears the process of court law will take place across the Pacific Ocean.
