Man charged with forgery

Authorities have accused a Cedar Rapids man of cashing a fictitious check.

Anthony Morrow, 21, was charged with forgery on Aug. 29.

According to online court documents, Morrow reportedly cashed a check he knew to be forged. The check had a value of $1,987.99.

Forgery is a Class-D felony.
