Authorities have accused three Iowa City men and an Iowa City woman with forced entry into an apartment.

Grache Frantz, 55, was charged with second-degree burglary on Oct. 30.

Destry Hughes, 50, Antwan Williams, 28, and Jasmaine Wilburn, 25, were charged with first-degree burglary on Oct. 30.

According to online court documents, Frantz, Williams, Wilburn, and Hughes kicked in the door to enter an apartment.

The group searched the apartment for a male who had reportedly assaulted a female.

Williams was carrying a baseball bat at the time, and Wilburn was carrying a kitchen knife and making verbal death threats. They were unable to find the male and left after searching.

Second-degree burglary is a Class-C felony. First-degree burglary is a Class-B felony.
