Editorial: The falling minimum wage

Iowa House Democrats introduced a bill last month that would raise the state's minimum wage to $10.10 by 2016. We believe that the minimum wage should be raised as a matter of fairness.

People in America have had access to the HPV vaccine for around eight years now. However, data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention show that even after all these years, only one-third of girls and fewer than 7 percent of boys in the United States between the ages of 13 to 17 received the three recommended doses of the HPV vaccine in 2012.
