An Iowa City man has been accused of driving while intoxicated and driving while his license was revoked.

Adam Stock, 32, was charged Nov. 30 with third-offense OWI and driving while license revoked.

According to an Iowa City police complaint, Stock was observed driving a white 2011 Chevy Malibu.

A registration check on the car showed Stock had no driver’s license because it had been revoked.

Officers stopped Stock, and he allegedly had slurred speech, watery eyes, smell of alcohol, unsteady balance, and inability to follow a conversation.

Stock has two previous OWI charges from April 2002 and October 2003. In addition, he has a pending OWI from Oct. 6, 2013.

Stock is revoked from driving until Oct. 16, 2015.

Driving while license revoked is a serious misdemeanor. Third-offense OWI is a Class-D felony.
