Editorial: Tuition freeze not a solution

For the first time in more than three decades, tuition will not rise at the University of Iowa for the 2013-2014 academic year for undergraduates paying the in-state rate. While this tuition freezes are a good thing - it'll certainly save a large group of students some money - it does not adequately address the systemic concerns that have led college tuition and fees to rise four times faster than inflation over the last thirty or so years.

I made friends I hope to keep for a long time, and I even learned the tiniest bit of Chinese even if I'd probably forget it the second I got home.

A new, two-minute ad-film by the start up period-care service HelloFlo has burst the bubble surrounding talk about periods and vaginas. The ad, called "Camp Gyno", has racked up more than three and a half million YouTube views since it was uploaded on July 28.
