An Iowa City man has been charged after reportedly nearly hitting two police cars and a taxi with a Dumpster.

Levi Hacker, 19, was charged on July 19 with possession of a fictitious license.

According to a police complain officers were dealing with a problem in the alley behind the Englert Theater, 221 E. Washingotn St., when they were told Hacker had pushed a Dumpster near two police cars and had nearly struck a taxi. Hacker reportedly told the officers he was moving the Dumpster so that the officers could get through the alley. The officers told him he was under arrest for public intoxication. He allegedly resisted arrest, but when he was searched by the officers, they allegedly discovered a fake Ohio license.
