ARIES (March 21-April 19): Offer help and suggestions, but don't let anyone play on your emotions. Offering too much for too little in return will end in resentment. Have a good strategy, and prepare to counteroffer. Your expertise won't let you down.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20): Don't worry about what others do or say. Concentrate on your goals, and put your strengths to the test. A responsible attitude will improve your reputation and make you a contender for a position that interests you. A little romance is apparent.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20): You need to look at the big picture first and then decide what's feasible and what isn't. Expand your knowledge, friendships, or relationships with your peers. Someone from your past will have an influence on the choice you make now.

CANCER (June 21-July 22): Find out what you can do for others, and you will buy your way into an auspicious situation. Sharing thoughts with someone you feel close to will improve your relationship. Make a promise to someone you love.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22): Listen to what's being said, and mull over the way you feel about the developments being made, but refrain from taking a negative position. You will get much further if you use common sense and reverse psychology.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): Follow through with your ideas. Present and promote what you have to offer. A serious talk with someone in a key position or who has expertise will make an unusual but fascinating contribution. Love is in the spotlight.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): Embrace a place, person, or project you believe offers peace of mind and greater opportunity. Rest and rejuvenate while you mull over what you plan to do next. Consider how you can improve your living space to suit your lifestyle.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): Pump up the action. Get involved, and do your best to make a difference. Partnerships will be emotional if you don't do your fair share. Step up when called upon, and avoid being left out in the future. Don't offer an empty promise.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): You can run, but you cannot hide. Face inevitable changes head-on, and they will turn out to be much less taxing than you imagined. A change you make at home will open up all sorts of new possibilities. Believe in yourself.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): Look, see, and do. Focus on home, family, and making your life run smoothly. Make up your mind, and stick to your decision. Look at the big picture, and make your choice based on long-term possibilities. Romance is recommended but not demanded.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): Stick close to home. Don't get involved in a conversation that will leave you in a compromising position. Know what you want, and don't deviate from your set plans. Clarity will come from doing what's best for you. Expand your interests.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20): Go over all your past dealings and goals that you have yet to accomplish. Pull in favors, and contact people you know can deliver what you ask for. Take time to nurture a relationship that means a lot to you. Strive for self-improvement.

This week in dreams:

• Sunday: The rules of zombie-dom were redefined. Instead of immediately turning over to zombiehood, you were given one day to kill a dozen people as a regular human. If you failed, you got zombiefied. If you succeeded, you were bestowed superhuman abilities, such as flawless hand/eye coordination, impeccable driving skills, and practical invincibility. The one catch to these abilities were that they ceased working once you crossed an invisible border, and that border was pretty ill-defined and constantly shifting, so you had to be really careful about how you used your powers. I used them mainly to rescue kittens.

• Monday: Traveled to the planet Mars/Utah with my family but failed to get a photo of a moose.

• Tuesday: Participated in a karaoke competition in which I had to create food to complement each karaoke performance. There existed purple bell peppers. I did not use them. I was too scared.

• Wednesday: I was falling forever, and then I suddenly realized wasn't falling, but rather I was giving rescue breathing to a drowned teaspoon. I thought, "Can't I just dump the water out of the teaspoon and it'd be OK?" Apparently not. I continued the rescue breathing. After a while, I decided that the spoon was alive (I don't know how I reached this conclusion), and I gave it back to its owner, who promptly turned around and threw it in the garbage.

Andrew R. Juhl thanks Matt Gorman for sharing his dreams, too.
