An Iowa man has been arrested for allegedly slashing all four tires of a vehicle parked in a driveway.

Frank Samec, 44, was charged Feb. 18 with second-degree criminal mischief.

North Liberty police officials made contact with Samec on a sidewalk in the neighborhood where the vehicle was located. Samec was reportedly witnessed using an object to puncture and deflate all four tires of a vehicle parked in a driveway in North Liberty. Samec was also witnessed inscribing something on the garage door of the residence, the police complaint said. The estimated dollar amount of damage to both the vehicle and the garage door is $1,500.
