A North Liberty man was arrested after a small vial of bath salts was allegedly located under the tongue of his shoe.

Jarrod Lumsdon, 26, was accused July 21, 2012 with second-offense controlled substance.

Lumsdon was a passenger to a vehicle that was stopped after leaving the scene of a reported fight. While officers were investigating the vehicle, narcotics were reportedly located inside. Lumsdon appeared to be under the influence of a stimulant and was sweating profusely, the police complaint said.
