Rich Mills, 58, stopped by the Old Capitol on Monday as part of his tour through the Midwest to raise awareness of Parkinson's disease. In 2009, the Winterset, IA native was diagnosed with Parkinson's. Along with promoting awareness, Mills also aims to fundraise for the Michael J.
