Two new challengers for Johnson County Board of Supervisors

Two new candidates will run for the Johnson County Board of Supervisors, according to information on the Johnson County Auditor’s website.

John Etheredge of Kalona and David Kimm Fesler of Coralville were both nominated by petition and do not have a party affiliation listed. They will face current Supervisors Pat Harney, Terrence Neuzil, and Rod Sullivan in the general election. Three of the five candidates will be elected to the board.

All county office terms are four years. The filing deadline was Aug. 29.
