An Iowa City man has been accused of burgling a residence on June 25.

According to an Iowa City police complaint, Ryan Hall, 28, was charged July 25 after officers arrived at a Black Springs Circle residence to investigate a report of a burglary in progress. The complaint said the officers identified Hall sitting on the steps of the residence upon their arrival.

The complaint also said Hall was suspected to have entered another Black Springs Circle residencea day earlier by the owners of that residence. According to the complaint, Hall allegedly caused damage to a vehicle at the residence while trying to climb into the attic of the garage.
