A man has been charged with failing to register as a sex offender.

According to an Iowa City police complaint, Zachary Colton, 19, address unknown, was charged March 28.

According to police officials, Colton has allegedly failed to register under the address as transient, and he is required to check in on a weekly basis with the Johnson County Human Resources Department.
