UIofficials speak with a House appropriations subcommittee in the State Capital on Wednesday morning, asking the legislators to vote down a bill that would require the UIto sell Jackson Pollock’s Mural to fund scholarships. The panel voted 2-1 in favor of the bill, moving it on to the full Appropriations Committee.
