The trial has been reset for an Arkansas man charged with second-degree sexual abuse and two counts of third-degree sexual abuse, according to court documents.

Travis Lee Porter, 43, allegedly sexually abused a Johnson County girl on numerous occasions between 1999 and 2005. The victim was between 6 and 12 years old when the abuse allegedly occurred.

Second-degree sexual abuse is a Class C felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines.

Porter’s trial is now set for May 2; a pretrial conference is scheduled for April 21.
