Covered in fresh snow, the statue of Irving R. Weber salutes people who walk in the 20-degree weather on Thursday. Weber's statue has seen its fair share of snow (given that statutes can't actually see), having been erected in 2003. The statue was donated by Steve Maxon and Doris Park, as well as other Iowa City sponsors.
