Woman faces numerous charges

Laurent Craig, 30, 419 S. Johnson St., was charged Sunday with second-degree burglary, second-degree attempted burglary, third-degree burglary, a controlled-substance violation with intent to deliver, possession of prescription drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and interference with official acts.


Student charged with theft

Michael Lash, 21, 112 1/2 E. Washington St., was charged April 17 with second-degree theft, along with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.


Man charged with sexual abuse

Donzell Lindsey, 25, 1011 Hudson St. Apt. 3, was charged with third-degree sexual abuse, first-degree burglary, and second-offense domestic abuse.


UI slightly less of a party animal

The University of Iowa fell slightly to the last spot in Playboy’s annual Top 10 Party College rankings.


UISG elects speaker of Senate

In a meeting Sunday night, the University of Iowa Student Government voted to elect junior Hannah Lee as this term’s Speaker of the Senate.
