Mark Flackenstein, 23, 1809 Flanigan Court, was charged with intoxication and trespass.

According to reports, he walked into an unlocked apartment at 515 E. College St. at 6:24 a.m. Sunday. Police said Fleckenstein vomitted on the couch and himself. He then started to undress and entered a bedroom before being discovered.

Police said Fleckenstein was told to leave the apartment numerous times and that he did not have permission to be inside the apartment. However, he continue wandering around inside after being told to leave.

Fleckenstein had bloodshot, watery eyes, slurred speech, unsteady balance, and smelled of alcohol, according to police. Reports said he could not explain to officers how he ended up in the apartment.
