War in Afghanistan counterproductive
I am reading The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder, by Vincent Bugliosi. I watch Democracy Now on Free Speech TV, and it gives reasons to get out of Afghanistan. I was adamantly against invading Iraq and Afghanistan.
The war is for greed and power of Bush/Cheney and their cronies. We will not win hearts and minds with bombs and killing innocent people and destroying their country. I wish all soldiers would stop fighting and go AWOL. I saw a soldier needing mental-health help from being in Iraq, and he went AWOL and was put in prison. That is totally wrong. Our government is not helping troops coming home with mental problems. And the need is going to be great.
