Intramural tennis coming
With a couple of famous tennis players recently suffering meltdowns on the court, Recreational Services is looking for some calm, collected, and talented UI students to step up to compete in intramural tennis.
The entry deadline for co-recreational doubles and men’s and women’s singles tennis is 4 p.m. Oct. 16 in E216 Field House.
The entry fee is $5 per person, and the tournament is single elimination. The tournament will take place at the Klotz Outdoor Tennis Courts, located at the Hawkeye Tennis & Recreation Complex.
For students in need of transportation, Cambus will begin its weekend service at approximately 11:30 a.m.
