UI Associate Professor Howard Butcher sits in his office in the Nursing Building on Feb. 13. Butcher has recently done a study evaluating caregivers of persons with Alzheimer’s disease. The study found that if these caregivers wrote their emotional thoughts three times a week for 20 minutes, their stress levels would be reduced.
